Now, around noon on Tuesday, Worldcrossing is announcing that they hope to be back up on Wednesday. We'll see.

I miss the forum, the discussion on Doctor Faustus and the argument on climate change among other things.

Here's a good article from the New York Times on climate change:

Part of the article is this timeline of climate change:

Science and Politics of Climate Change
I only realized this morning that Worldcrossing is down, or at least the server WC5 which hosts the International Digest Forum.

Since I didn't have time for the IDF on Sunday and Monday, I don't know for how long the current status has been lasting. Worldcrossing only tells that they'll give a status report on the problems today at 9 am forum i.e. Pacific Standard Time.

Hope you guys are out there and fine.

Saakashvili under Pressure from EU Probe

By Uwe Klussmann

An EU enquiry investigating the events of last summer's conflict between Russia and Georgia is shining an unfavorable light on Mikheil Saakashvili. A secret document may prove that the Georgian president had planned a war of aggression in South Ossetia.
Correction: Worldcrossing's WC1 server, which hosts Moulton's Playspace, the International Forum Archive and Random International seems to do o.k.

I was mislead in my previous post because www.worldcrossing.com didn't get displayed for me. But later I could log in and post in Moulton's forum.
Not only the International Digest Forum seems to be down, but all of Worldcrossing.

I can't find the time to visit the International Digest Forum daily to post there so I'm not sure if this is a temporary problem or if Worldcrossing has been down for a while.

I appreciate comments on the status of Worldcrossing and the forums there.

This is kind of an emergency blog. When the IDF forum in Worldcrossing is up and running I rarely find the time to write in this blog.
